They should put more work on making their products aesthetic and user-friendly...unlike Linux, which is faintly reminiscent of a legacy operating system with its greys, as well as the almost-mandatory requirement of learning text-based commands to get anything remotely useful done. Hence why only true geeks and nerds use it on a regular basis.
